THIS WAS MY SECOND interview with Julie Bell, and the second time I had written an art book text purely over the phone. Previously Paper Tiger had flown American artists over to London for their books but Julie was too busy for that so we improvised. She is marvellously easy to deal with and it worked out just fine.
