The apocalyptic ring to the title of this book proved somewhat justified as our publishers went messily out of business during its production, leaving a remarkably vivid trail of bad feeling behind them. Luckily Collins & Brown stepped in to rescue and then rehabilitate the Paper Tiger name. C&B were subsequently absorbed into first Chrysalis Books and then Anova.

Here are just a few of my personal favourites from the book, including some from Lewis Carroll which were printed as art posters and may one day finally appear as direct illustrations in book form.Click on the thumbnails for enlargements.
